SPECIALIST
Zoya Turkovska
Clinical Psychotherapist · EMDR · Integrative Approach
I work with what won't let go.
You hold it together. You cope. You look fine — yet inside there's emptiness, anxiety, or the feeling that something went wrong a long time ago, and you still can't figure out what.
I'm a clinical psychotherapist with 9+ years of practice. A mother of six. A woman who has herself gone through difficult childbirth, emigration, losses — and knows: inner support isn't found — it grows. Slowly. But forever.
In therapy with me, you don't just talk about the past. We restore your contact with yourself, your body, and your own life.

An approach tailored to you — not the other way around

WHO I DON'T WORK WITH
When I'll honestly refer you to other specialists
Chemical dependencies · gambling · sexual perversions · clients without their own motivation to change.
In these cases, I will refer you to colleagues with the appropriate specialisation.
Your state is not an accident. And it can change.
Sometimes what's needed is a woman beside you who can hold it, who won't be frightened, and who will help you find your footing.
